Hey, it's Braden.
One of our clients just crossed $100,000 in cash collected from his YouTube channel.
(he still has under 2,500 subscribers)
And today I wanted to cover how we did it, including:
The 4-piece system that built his channel from zero
The three levers that compounded to $100K
What you can steal from his playbook starting tomorrow
And if you want us to build this for your channel, [book a call here →]
The Actionable Takeaway
If you want results like this on a small channel, stop trying to be everywhere.
Pick three things to focus on this month:
Script for your ICP. Treat every video like a filter, not a megaphone.
Mix TOF for traffic AND BOF for conversion. Not one or the other.
Test new concepts. Getting complacent is the worst place to be.
You don’t need a big audience. You just need the right audience.

Aaron is the founder of Growthflare, an outbound lead gen firm that helps B2B businesses book calls from cold email and LinkedIn.
When he came to us:
0 YouTube subscribers
Had never recorded a video
Little to no social presence
Cold email was his only client acquisition channel
On paper, his business was growing. But he was capping out on cold traffic.
Now, he didn't necessarily need more attention.
He needed warmer attention.
Prospects who already trusted him before they ever jump on a call.
That's where YouTube came in.
The 4-Piece System
We applied the same 4-piece system we use with every client, but tightened it because Aaron was starting from absolute zero.
Ideation — Cold email and lead gen topics. His ICP's actual problems, not random "business tips."
Packaging — Proven titles and thumbnails from adjacent channels, reframed with his angle.
Scripting — Scripts that filter. Unqualified viewers self-select out. Qualified ones book the call.
Strategy — A 2/1/1 cadence of TOF/MOF/BOF, leaning heavier on TOF early because he needed traffic before nurture.
These 4 steps basically build the whole machine.
Now, while it sounds simple, those first two steps are where 99% of the work happens.
And there were a few levers we had to pull within them
The Levers That Compounded
Three specific things drove the bulk of that $100K.
Lever 1 — The TOF outliers did the heavy lifting up front.
Every title and thumbnail had at least three confirmation points before we ever shot the video.
This significantly increases the chances we find finnders
Like one outlier that pulled in hundreds of subscribers from a single video.
But those videos didn't directly convert anyone.
Instead, they pulled people into the channel and helped us book 10 calls in a single week.
Lever 2 — The BOF case studies closed the warm leads.
Once traffic was flowing in, we leaned hard into BOF case-study breakdowns.
These videos work like a 24/7 salesman on the channel.
The prospect is already warm by the time they find one. The case study just closes them.
This is where the bulk of his high-ticket conversions actually happen, even if they don’t get the last touch attribution.
Lever 3 — Patience was the only way the math worked.
Six months in, Aaron was at maybe $15K in cash collected. Solid, but nothing crazy.
Six months later? He was at $100K.
Some months pulled $36K from inbound leads alone
So this last lever is absolutely not a hack or some magic trick.
It’s literally just trusting the process and understanding that content, especially YouTube, takes time.
