  1. Pick one task you repeat every video — ideation, scripting, descriptions, whatever eats your time.

  2. Write it up as a repeatable Claude skill — your steps, your style, your standards, turned into a prompt you reuse.

  3. Then chain a few together so the output of one feeds the next — idea → title → script → SEO.

AI Has Increased Feedback Loops

The old process of YouTube was coming up with ideas from scratch, thinking through the angle, understanding the audience, etc etc.

Essentially, it was a process that could take DAYS if not a whole week

Especially if you’re running the show yourself

However, with AI, you can significantly decrease the amount of time it takes for you to produce high-quality content

This means more volume, quicker feedback loops, and quicker improvements

Now, whether the video turns out solid or not entirely depends on who’s running the AI and how much they know

But either way, it eliminates a lot of redundant work
