"I have 40 team members. I'm not getting on camera to walk through this."
This might be the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard as an objection lol.
Here's what we'll go over:
Why 40 team members is nowhere near as big as you think
The unique advantage most B2B founders throw away
How to get on camera without doing the work yourself

The Actionable Takeaway
You can make a tutorial video this week without doing any of the work yourself.
Pick one process your team already runs.
One that's already live.
Have the team member build it and run it, then send you the outputs along with everything they used.
Then record yourself walking through what they built.
15 minutes, one video, and you never touched the actual work.
That's it. That's the whole workflow.
40 People Is Not a Big Company
Let's start with the size thing, because that's where he lost me.
40 team members is not a lot.
It's just not.
To be considered a medium-sized business, you're usually doing above $10M a year, and for most people that's significantly more than 40 team members.
We’ve had clients do tutorial style videos while having close to 100 employees.
So when you say you're too big to get on camera, understand that you're much closer to zero than you are to big.
Your Execution Is the Advantage
Here's what most B2B founders completely miss.
Your execution can be a unique advantage in itself.
A smaller team means you're still close to fulfillment.
You're still in the work.
You still know exactly how the thing gets done, because you were doing it recently enough to explain it.
Somebody like Hormozi can't get on screen and walk through that (unless it’s ads most likely)
He's too far from the day to day.
It's not a knock on him, it's just physics.
And there's a huge audience that wants to see the actual work.
Not the philosophy.
Almost nobody at the top can show it to them.
That gap is exactly why this content performs.
You Don't Have to Do the Work On Camera
Now, I'm not saying you should be figuring things out live on screen.
Nobody needs to watch that.
Here's what we actually do with clients.
We get a team member to build the thing.
They do the work, not you.
The most common version of this is AI prompts. The team member builds out the prompts, runs them through the system, and gets the outputs. Assuming they've got the time, obviously.
Then they hand you two things: the outputs, and the prompts they used to get them.
And you replicate it live on video.
It takes an extremely short amount of time, and to the viewer it looks exactly like what it is.
A founder showing you how his company actually operates.
