Launching your channel is the most important part of generating leads on YouTube

It decides who finds you and whether the next six months are worth anything.

But most people completely botch it.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • Why your first video should be the one that doesn't need YouTube to work

  • The four video launch order we run on every new B2B channel

  • The rule that tells you to throw the whole roadmap out by video three

We'll build out a YouTube strategy that generates you leads within 90 days for just a $3,500 one-time payment. (Plus we'll give you a 100% refund if you aren't satisfied.) get your first 3 ideas mapped for free here →

The Actionable Takeaway

Before you post anything, give this 10 minutes.

Write down the one person you're making videos for.

One buyer, and how wide you're willing to go around them.

List the deliverables of the service you actually sell.

That list is your topic list (yes it’s that easy)

Map your next four videos in order, and make video one something you could email your list today.

If you can't push video one into something you already own, it's the wrong video one.

Most People Launch With Their Biggest Swing

Everyone opens with the idea they've been sitting on for months.

And it lands on nobody.

Zero subscribers, no watch history, no signal for YouTube to work with.

Because what you think is a good idea and what’s actually a good idea are wildly different.

So you waste time and energy pumping something into the ecosystem that does nothing

But what if it was okay for your first video to flop?

What if your first video could make you money NO MATTER WHAT happens when you post it on YouTube?

Sounds backwards I know

But a true launch strategy for B2B buyers should be able to print cash without relying on the algorithm picking it up

However, the first thing you NEED to do is map out who you’re speaking to

Pick The Person Before You Pick The Topic

Before the content strategy, before the ideas, before a single title: who are you talking to, and how wide are you willing to go?

Most B2B owners overthink this part.

Do they speak to other people in their space?
Do they speak to their ICP?
Do they add in personal content?

Well I’ll make it simple for you after building channels that make over $300k.

Break down the deliverables of what you actually sell.

Those are your topics.

If you sell cold email infrastructure, your topics are deliverability, domains, copy, and lists.

Yes it’s so simple I know

But get this wrong and the launch order won't save you.

The Four Video Launch Order

Video 1, middle funnel. Not the full case study yet, but close.

The point is that you can push it into the ecosystem you already own on day one.

Your newsletter, your LinkedIn, your ad traffic, your sales follow-up.

It converts before YouTube does anything for you.

Video 2, top of funnel. Your first real reach test.

Video 3, middle funnel, positioned for search. This is the one that compounds over the next 6 to 12 months.

Video 4, top of funnel. Second reach test.

Now, the ratio depends on the rest of your funnel.

Usually when you’re dialed elsewhere and have a lot of traffic you can treat YouTube as more of a BOF nurturing mechanism

A ratio can be 2 nurturing videos and 2 TOF videos every month

But if this is your ONLY platform, you may be better off doing 3 TOF to 1 nurture video

Either way here's the rule that overrides all of it.

If video 1 or 2 pops, abandon the roadmap by video 3 and double down.

Treat success as a short burst you ride, not a plan you protect.
