It's Braden (again)

If I told you to run cold email, you'd obsess over the offer.

De-risk it. Stack the value. Make it a no-brainer.

But on YouTube most people think they can just make videos and hope.

That’s why I want to cover:

  • Why YouTube is a funnel, not a content hobby

  • The three levers of a call-booking offer

  • How to place the pitch so it fits the script instead of interrupting it

And if you want us to build the offer into your scripts for you, book a call here →

The Actionable Takeaway

Your mid-roll pitch is probably a pattern interrupt. Fix it NOW.

Kill the "quick break, guys" line because that's the exact moment people tune out.

Rewrite it so the pitch lives inside the script: a natural handoff, not an ad break.

Then anchor it to a strong ask with a clear outcome "if you don't feel like doing all this yourself…"

Same offer, better placement, and WAY more calls.

You're Treating YouTube Backwards

Tell someone to run cold email and they'll obsess over the offer, the de-risking, the no-brainer ask.

Same with Ads.

You see someone running ads and they’re giving away free stuff, making insane promises, and doing whatever they can to get someone on the phone

Tell them to run YouTube and suddenly the plan is "make videos and hope."

It makes ZERO sense

Do you not want inbound leads?

YouTube is a funnel and every funnel lives or dies on the strength of the offer, not the volume of content.

The Offer, The Placement, The Delivery

Now, three levers decide whether a video books a call.

Think of it like the value equation (if you don't know it, look up Hormozi because it's worth the 10 minutes).

The offer itself: a real dream outcome, de-risked, clearly worth more than the call costs them in time.

Where you place it: one mid-roll at 30–60%, where attention is still high and not buried at the very end.

How you deliver it: which is where almost everyone blows it.

Make It Fit The Script

Bad delivery sounds like:

"Hey guys, quick break from the video."

That's a pattern interrupt and viewers feel the gear-shift instantly then stop listening

Even if retention doesn’t dip, they STILL tune out

Good delivery folds right in:

"And if you don't feel like coming up with all of this and managing the whole process yourself that's actually what we help clients with. Grab a free audit at the link below."

See the difference?

It reads like part of the teaching, not a commercial.

Which is what actually converts
