What's up, it's Braden (again).

Most YouTube advice fails because it's aimed at a different level than you're actually at.

In our playbook, there are 3 levels

And copying the wrong one is exactly why you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like none of this is working for you.

Now Im gonna break down:

  • Level 1 — the fastest path to your first video this week

  • Level 2 — building a repeatable system instead of chasing luck

  • Level 3validating everything before you ever hit record

And if you want us to find your level and build the system for you, book a call here →

The Actionable Takeaway

Before you take one more piece of advice, figure out which level you're on.

You're Level 1 if you haven't posted consistently or have no system — your only job is to just start.

You're Level 2 if you're posting but it's random — your job is to build a repeatable system.

You're Level 3 if you already have a system that works — your job is to validate before you record.

The fastest progress comes from doing your level's work

Level 1 — Just Start

If you're starting from zero, the trap is overthinking.

You don't need validation systems yet.

You literally just need reps on camera

Build a simple content architecture.

Take your service, peel it into 3–5 deliverables (your content buckets), then break each into specific topics.

Now every video maps to something you actually sell.

Rework proven title frameworks to your industry and offer.

Don't invent titles from scratch (but don't copy them word-for-word).

Instead, take structures that have already worked and adapt them to what you do.

Use a simple 3-part intro.

Confirm the click, set expectations, add one line of credibility.

That's it.

Do this and you can have a video posted this week.

Level 2 — Build The System

Once you're posting, you graduate from luck to a repeatable engine.

Because views without a system are basically pointless

Build a content calendar with a funnel mix.

Every video gets a job: top-of-funnel to bring new people in, middle-of-funnel to nurture them, bottom-of-funnel to convert them.

Do your own packaging research.

Instead of borrowing titles, start finding outliers in your niche every week so you spot what's working before everyone else.

Same as before though, just rework those frameworks

Add mid-roll CTAs that convert.

Place a natural pitch around the 30–50% mark so the attention you earned actually turns into booked calls.

This way, as you get views, you start to convert them

Level 3 — Validate Everything

At the top level, you stop guessing entirely.

You become a strategist.

You stack confirmation points before you ever hit record

This means you cross-reference your ideas, your concept vs. execution, your titles, your thumbnails, and your hooks.

Every layer gets validated against what's already working, so by the time the camera turns on, the video is de-risked.

This could be a whole letter within itself but I assume you’re between levels 1 and 2 if you’re here.

But when you do get to level 3, this is where the real compounding happens
